How do I place an order for peptides?
Our ordering process is simple and secure:

4) You will receive order confirmation when we receive payment – please allow up to 6 hours for this. Delivery within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
What is included with my order?
Orders do not include bacteriostatic water and syringes unless specifically stated.

How is the product shipped and stored?
All products are shipped via Royal Mail with 48hr tracked delivery but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed. Temperature control is not required during shipping as our products are stable at room temperature. Lyophilized vials should be stored at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight. All shipments include tracking information for secure delivery. This will be sent to you Via Royal mail typically in the evening of the day it is shipped.

I have made payment but no order confirmation – what should I do?
If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received order confirmation, immediately contact us via the online form with your payment details and order reference. We aim to process all payments within 6 hours, so any delay beyond 24 hours requires immediate attention
Do you ship to Ireland?
We ship to Northern Ireland (as part of the United Kingdom) but not to the Republic of Ireland
Do you offer refunds if the product is opened or used?
No. We do not offer refunds if a product has been opened or used. All sales are final in line with our Terms and Conditions.
If parcel is lost during delivery we will send out a replacement. If the product is delivered and proof shown by Royal Mail we will not be able to issue a refund if the parcel then goes missing.
